For people that love craft like me Christmas is coming in a few. When I say this statement to other people, they stare at me like I was crazy, but here on my blog I can be perfectly understood, and I know some people has done Christmas crafts since the end of October.
Vorrei proporvi un piccolo tutorial “ecologico”, per realizzare delle decorazioni che ho usato per diversi anni in casa mia, inventando ogni volta nuovi posti e nuovi modi per utilizzarle.
I’d like to show you a little ecological tutorial to make some decorations I used for some years in my home.
Prendete delle bottiglie di plastica a sezione tonda, e tagliatele seguendo una spirale, ottenendo lunghe strisce larghe circa 6 mm. Fissate queste strisce con dello scotch o la graffatrice formando delle spirali, le cui dimensioni, frequenza e numero delle spire varierà a seconda del vostro gusto. Poi componete con il filo trasparente questi addobbi, singolarmente, oppure creando lunghe ghirlande, oppure formando grossi fiocchi di neve. Io ho utilizzato solo bottiglie trasparenti perchè volevo ricreare l’effetto dei cristalli di ghiaccio, ma si possono usare anche bottiglie colorate.
Take some plastic bottles with a round section, and cut them in a spiral, getting long strips large about 6 mm. Fix these strips into spirals with adhesive tape, varying dimensions and number of loops. Then compose these decorations into chains or snowflakes or in single ornaments with transparent thread. I used only transparent bottles, to obtain the ice effect, but you can also use coloured bottles as well.
